Redesigning a website for Elite Task Support
Overview
Elite Task Support needed a refresh of their digital presence that could do the selling for them. The goal was to build a clean, compelling site that clearly communicated their services, articulated what sets them apart from the competition, and made it easy for potential clients to take the next step and book a discovery call.
The problem
The old site wasn't doing Elite Task Support any favours. It lacked clarity around what they actually offer, gave visitors nothing to build confidence in the brand, and left people with nowhere obvious to go next.
The process
The project started with a thorough audit of the existing website, identifying gaps in messaging, structure, and visual hierarchy. From there, I explored several distinct design directions in Figma, giving the client a real choice in the creative vision rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it solution. Once the direction was locked in, I developed the site in Framer.
Outcome
The redesigned site gives Elite Task Support a strong first impression and a clear path for visitors to follow. And because it's built in Framer, the client can keep it current themselves, updating pages, tweaking copy, and staying on top of changes without needing outside help.
